The NFL Week Nine officially signed, sealed, and delivered behind an interesting matchup between the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers. The Packers received a scare with quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffering a shoulder injury early on. Chicago would go on to win the game 27-20 behind 2 passing touchdowns from backup quarterback Josh McCown, and 125 yards rushing from Matt Forte.

Another day in the NBA season and we have less undefeated teams. The Philadelphia 76ers, Houston Rockets, and Minnesota Timberwolves all lost leaving the Indiana Pacers as the only undefeated team in the NBA. Golden State beat up on the Philadelphia 76ers behind a career-best seven three-pointers from Andre Iguodala and a triple-double from Stephen Curry. Chris Paul had 23 points and 17 assists in the Los Angeles Clippers win against the Rockets featuring Dwight Howard making his first appearance in Staples Center since leaving the Lakers. Player: C.J. Miles
Game: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves

To end a team's undefeated record, sometimes you need some help from everyone including the bench. C.J. Miles packed a punch off the pine for Cleveland with 19 points and 5 rebounds in Cleveland's 93-92 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves. Miles did all of that work in just 19 minutes of action which is pretty big. If he can put up those numbers in limited minutes, Cleveland's bench can take a whole new step and help the Cavaliers make a playoff appearance this season.

Player: Zach Randolph
Game: Memphis Grizzlies vs. Boston Celtics

The Memphis Grizzlies have gotten off to a disappointing 2-2 start this season and they definitely struggled to close another game as they escaped 95-88 over the winless Boston Celtics. Zach Randolph will be the key leading the Grit & Grind attack of Memphis. Z-Bo finished with a modest 15 points and 7 rebounds in Memphis' victory over the Celtics. Randolph out-muscled the Celtics front line with 4 offensive rebounds and hit some big shots in the victory over Boston.

Player: Mike Conley
Game: Memphis Grizzlies vs. Boston Celtics

At the end of the day Mike Conley is important in whatever the Grizzlies are doing successful on the court. Conley didn't have a great shooting night, but he made key passes and got the Grizzlies into their offensive sets in the Memphis 95-88 victory over the Boston Celtics while donning the adiZero Crazy Light 3. Conley finished with 15 points and 8 assists in the Grizzlies victory. Expect some better performances because Conley is a much better shooter than what he showed last night.

Shoe: Jordan Super.Fly 2 PE
Player: Blake Griffin
Game: Los Angeles Clippers vs. Houston Rockets

If the Clippers are going to make it to the playoffs, they're going to need Blake Griffin to step up. The Clippers star forward Griffin had an efficient game with 18 points on 8-for-13 shooting and also had 7 rebounds in just 32 minutes. Griffin needs to be efficient and also affect the game in the paint for the Clippers to have a good season. Griffin's been a little inconsistent, but he continues to define his role in Doc Rivers' system so he should reach a dominant point very soon in his Jordan Super.Fly 2's. Let's just get a little more in alley-oops from Blake like this.

Chris Paul looks like he wants to compete for the NBA MVP award early on this season. Paul is putting up crazy numbers and he continued that trend in the Clippers 137-118 convincing win over the Houston Rockets. In the conference contender matchup, Paul finished with 23 points, 3 rebounds, and 17 assists in the victory. Paul was knocking own midrange shot after midrange shot. He also had some nifty passes to J.J. Redick setting up the sharpshooter for some shots in the Jordan CP3.VII.

Player: Brandon Marshall
Game: Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers

We're always reminded why Brandon Marshall is a great wide receiver. He can be a headache for some people occasionally with his personality, but his performance has outweighed all that this season. Marshall had 107 receiving yards and a touchdown catch for the Bears in their 27-20 victory over the Green Bay Packers. Marshall's lone touchdown catch came at the beginning to give the Bears an early 7-3 in the first quarter. Marshall always requires serious coverage and attracts attention which has helped open up the game for his partner Alshon Jeffery who caught a touchdown pass in the second half.

The running game is ever so important in the NFL. Matt Forte made it known what his forte was last night for the Bears in their 27-20 victory over the Green Bay Packers. Forte's one of the top running backs in the league and he put his abilities on display with 125 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown. Forte was slicing and dicing the Packers defense with 54 receiving yards as well. Forte's lone touchdown score came in the second quarter and gave the Bears a 14-10 lead in the game.

Player: Stephen Curry
Game: Golden State Warriors vs. Philadelphia 76ers

Steph Curry had a chill night last night in the Warriors blowout of the Philadelphia 76ers. The Warriors point guard didn't have to take many shots or pull off one of his awe-inspiring shooting exhibits. Curry had a triple-double with 18 points, 10 rebounds, 12 assists, and 5 steals showing that he can pull off the all-around game. The Warriors have a ton of offensive firepower, so Curry won't have to go off for ridiculous games all the time. He can take a step back and affect the game in numerous other ways. We'd still like to see one of those 50-point games though.

Player: Josh McCown
Game: Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers

It's hard for quarterbacks to come into this league as backups. They have to build chemistry with their teammates, be prepared for a tough defense, and also get comfortable on the field. With Jay Cutler out with an injury, Josh McCown stepped up and had his best game as a Chicago Bear. McCown threw for two touchdowns and 272 passing yards in the 27-20 victory for the Bears. McCown gave the Bears the permanent lead for Chicago with a late third quarter touchdown pass to Alshon Jeffery that gave Chicago a 24-20 victory. Way to hold the fort down!

Shoe: Nike Hyperfuse 2012 Low PE
Player: Andre Iguodala
Game: Golden State Warriors vs. Philadelphia 76ers

Is there an NBA player more versatile than Andre Iguodala? The Warriors forward can defend, rebound, pass, handle the ball, and occasionally get hot an knock down shots. Iguodala had one of those days with his explosion last night in Golden State's 110-90 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. Andre had 32 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals for the Warriors in the win and most importantly knocked down a career high 7 triples in the victory. If he keeps up the hot shooting the Warriors will be unstoppable. If he keeps up with the insane behind the back passes, the Warriors will probably win a championship.
