With the NBA preseason in full swing, its now time to look towards the collegiate ranks for uniform and sneaker unveilings. With Midnight Madness set to take place this Friday, the University of Florida held their media day today unveiled their road jerseys for the upcoming 2014-15 season.
The most notable difference from last year's jersey is the more prominent inclusion of black in the uniform. This year's side panels features a thick black stripe outlined by a thin orange one, while the black trim now goes completely around the neck. In addition to the black trim, this year's orange numbers and font are outlined in black. It's not much of a difference, but the inclusion of more black makes the Gators look a bit like the Oklahoma City Thunder. Perhaps the uniforms will mesh well with the "Away" version of the Nike KD7? After all, someone has to wear it this season.
