Your dreams may have finally come true. The long time history between Nike and the University of Oregon doesn't have to be explained. The bond goes beyond just sharing state lines, as Nike founders Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman both attended Oregon, leading to a lifetime sponsorship and collaborations between the two. Nike has always had it a priority of theirs to give the Ducks special treatment, whether it be their top of the line facilities, or the exclusive gear and apparel designed and given to athletes at the school.

The University of Oregon athletic department announced they will be holding a surplus sale to the public which will include exclusive Ducks gear such as sneakers, jerseys, helmets, and cleats. There's no listing of exactly what sneakers will be available, but this is certainly every collectors dream to grab some rare gear from Nike previously unattainable.

The sale will be held Saturday, May 10, from 9am-2pm at the Moshofsky Center practice facility on campus in Eugene, Oregon. Check out the promo videos for a glimpse at what to expect, and let us know if you plan to hit the sale @SneakerReport.
