It turns out that next week's big Nike announcement may not be about the Kobe X after all, as the Swoosh has released a second teaser video featuring Kevin Durant.
You may remember this past week Nike released a video teasing an announcement on December 3 featuring Kobe Bryant talking about his signature sneakers, which led us all to think it was the official unveiling of the Kobe 10. Today, Nike threw us a curveball by releasing this video featuring Kevin Durant, making us think that the announcement may be regarding something else. Early speculation says that next week's event may now be about the launch of Kyrie Irvings' signature shoe. Of course, the Kobe X could still be involved and with images of the shoe hitting the Internet at a frenetic pace you have to believe its launch isn't too far away.
