Yesterday, we showed you Oregon's throwback uniforms from the 1994 season that has the Internet going nuts. Today, we have a look inside the locker room to see how those helmets are constructed.

According to the Ducks' equipment staff, helmet construction usually takes about 15 minutes per helmet. With 105 players heads to protect on the roster, it takes about four hours worth of time to make sure that each and every Ducks player is properly equipped. As a team with a new uniform seemingly every week, Oregon must go through a lot of these helmet constructions per year, making the life of an Oregon student manager a busy one at that.
