Nike Unveils New Alternate Uniforms For Arizona State University

To celebrate its legacy as "The Copper State," Arizona State University is adopting a new copper and anthracite alternate uniform for the 2014 season.

Unlike a lot of the alternate uniforms we are seeing in college football these days, these ones actually look pretty sharp. The white helmets are accented with copper chrome face masks in a nod to Arizona's mining history.

The school notes that this is Arizona State's tenth different helmet in three seasons, as the team continue to go the way of Oregon. The new uniforms give Arizona four different jersey choices to go along with five pants options for the upcoming season. Based on some of the past designs that the Sun Devils have worn on the field, we nominate these jerseys to be their regular home uniforms.
