Cam Newton just might be the most polarizing figure in the NFL. After a monster debut season in which he shattered both rookie and quarterback records, the former Heisman Trophy winner followed it up with a sub par sophomore campaign in which his character came into question.
Newton's third season in the pros was crucial in determining what type of player he'd be in the NFL. Newton answered the call by leading the Carolina Panthers to a 12-4 record and a trip to playoffs while also earning his second career Pro Bowl selection.
Now entering his fourth season, Newton worked his way through a busy offseason which included going back to school and rehabbing his way through ankle surgery.
