What's going on here?

The Cincinnati Bengals were trounced by the Pittsburgh Steelers today 42-21 at home. During the game, Ben Roethlisberger threw for 350 yards and Pittsburgh's Le'Veon Bell became the first running back since Walter Payton to total 200 yards of scrimmage or more in three straight games. That's all ho-hum, though, compared to the footwear mystery that occurred. Bengals Pro Bowl receiver A.J. Green appeared to wear a pair of Nike cleats containing the Oregon State Beavers logo on the tongue and heel. That's all well and good, except for the fact that Green went to Georgia. Maybe Green wore the cleats as a tribute to someone he knows? Perhaps he wore them solely for the matching colors? Whatever the reason, the cleats worked, as Green recorded a career high 224 yards receiving to go along with a TD grab.

Check out A.J. Green's mysterious Oregon State Nike cleats below (note the tongue) and let us know if you have an idea what's going on here.
