adidas hasn't given up on knitted footwear, and is continuing the legacy with the Primeknit 2.0.

Originally battling with Nike on its initial innovative Primeknit shoe, adidas went forward to create the Primeknit 2.0 with a bit more flair. The latest version of the Primeknit has a more traditional stance, bold design features, and a fair amount of toespring at the front of the shoe. With a tighter knit pattern, you'll likely have a tighter fit that hugs your foot and feels more like a sock than anything else the brand with the three stripes offers.

A newer feature of the Primeknit 2.0 is front and back reinforcement on the shoe's knitted upper, in the toe and in the heel. The reinforced heel will help to keep your foot locked down and stable, and the reinforced toe will help with wear and toe drag on runs.

Though not a true performance feature, the Primeknit 2.0 features graphic-printed yarn, giving the shoe a unique look, and one that will be sure to turn heads. Accompanied by a high-grade EVA foam midsole, the Primeknit 2.0 will be sure to give you a run that you haven't ever quite had before.
