Customization choices include performance options, color palettes and customizable messages on the tongue. Equipped with an all-new hexagonal flex groove pattern, the shoe creates greater directional flexibility helping free movements in all directions. The Nike Free Flyknit 4.0 couples this technology with Nike's Flyknit technology, making for an ultra-light and flexible running shoe.
