A few weeks back, Nike changed the soccer game forever when they unveiled the revolutionary Magista boot. Today, the leader of innovation gave us our first look at their next Flyknit powered silhouette, the Nike Mercurial Superfly.

Featuring the proprietary Flyknit upper for an unprecedented feel and comfort, the Nike Mercurial Superfly breaks the mold of most soccer boots on the market today by offering a mid-cut option for players. The Mercurial Superfly caters to those looking for a lockdown, barefoot feel by incorporating Superfly’s Brio cables which are knitted directly into the upper and locked into the outsole providing a tendon like support. Also included in the Mercurial Superfly VI is a carbon fiber plate, to makes the boot even lighter, and help propel fast feet. Available in two colorways to start, one featuring a orange/red upper with yellow accents, and the other a full black Flyknit base with white and infrared accents.

The Nike Mercurial Superfly up for pre-sale beginning May 26 at Nike.com and will go on sale normally, June 12. Stay tuned for more updates, and let us know what you think of Nike's latest boot @SneakerReport.
