This past week we've seen a large influx of uniform kits from Nike specially made for the 2014 World Cup. Most recently we've seen kits for the U.S, Poland, and France and now it's Portugal's turn.

The 2014 Portugal home kit features a tonal dark red and bright red stripes throughout the chest and sleeves. The stripes are varying in size to create a stimulating graphic to represent speed and exhilaration. The Portuguese Football Federation crest is incorporated in the design over the left chest area and includes the years 1914 and 2014 to commemorate their centenary.

As previous World Cup kits for other countries, Nike included every piece of tech at their disposal. The Nike Dri-Fit tech pieced together with ventilation holes and mesh panels allows the jersey to cool athletes off where needed most to keep them at their peak performance. Nike also added information taken from three-dimensional body scans to provide for a specifically tailored fit allowing the body to move more naturally. In line with other kits designed for this year's World Cup, Nike added the Nike Pro base layer, which makes the uniforms lighter while adhering to the climate changes and varying conditions Brazil has to offer.

Look out for Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portuguese National teammates in the Nike 2014 World Cup home kit as their first game of the tournament kicks off June 26 in their match against Ghana.

If interested, the kits are now available on Nike.com, and will be available in select Nike retailers March 5.
