The French champions are putting a new twist on their iconic jersey stripe. For the first time, Paris Saint-Germain's legendary jersey stripe will run down the back of the shirt, as well.
The thin red and white stripe bordered with a wider tonal dark blue stripe will have a 360-degree appearance. The three colors represented in the team's stripe stand for the club's core values: elegance (blue), passion (red) and respect (white). The new look is meant to symbolize the teams "high-speed brilliance" on the field.
In addition to the revamped stripe, the jersey features a v-neck collar and an oversized Paris Saint-Germain crest. On the inside of the collar is the a white pennant tab with the message "Ici C’est Paris” (Here it’s Paris)"
PSG's new home kit will be available for pre-order at Nike.com beginning on June 4 and can be be purchased online and in starting July 17.
