Real Madrid added another trophy to its already crowded mantle today by defeating San Lorenzo 2-0 to win the Club World Cup. The title is Madrid's fourth championship of the year after winning the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Copa Del Rey, as well.

Defender Sergio Ramos opened up the scoring for Madrid by scoring on a header in the 37th minute. Gareth Bale extended the lead for Madrid to 2-0 with a goal in the 51st minute, solidifying his major championship hat trick, as he also scored in both Madrid's European and domestic cup triumphs. It didn't take long for adidas to coronate the new champions, as the Three Stripes got to work right away adorning Real Madrid's kits with FIFA World Champions patches.
