With 314 appearances as a player followed by a highly successful coaching career, Bill Nicholson is Tottenham football. To celebrate the ten year anniversary of his passing, the Hotspur have designed their 2014-15 kit in his memory.

"It is better to fail aiming high than to succeed aiming low. And we of Spurs have set our sights very high, so high in fact that even failure will have in it an echo of glory."

Nicholson's quote will always be remembered in not just Tottenham history, but soccer history in general. Inspired by this quote, Tottenham and Under Armour have crafted a kit remembering the Hotspurs' most famous figure.

The words "Echo of Glory" run along the shoulders of Tottenham's home white kit for 2014-15 with a pattern inspired by the famous Bill Nicholson gates at the club's White Hart Lane stadium. Yellow taping on the collar and sleeve cuff add some pizzaz to the traditional white jersey which will be paired with navy blue shorts.

The black away kit features 11 yellow stripes signifying the number of trophies won by Tottenham under the reign of Nicholson. As with the him uniform, the shirt is accented by Yellow taping and will be paired with black shorts.

Tottenham would also like the fans to get involved on the celebration of Nicholson's legacy with the #SeizeGlory hash tag. The club asks fans to tweet out their own inspirational messages followed by the hash tag. The messages will then be sewn into midfielder Paulinho's jersey to create a new home kit.

The kits are available for purchase today online at the club's official website as well as in-store at Spurs shops.
