The NFL season kicks off tonight as the defending champion Seattle Seahawks take on Aaron Rogers and the Green Bay Packers. The Seattle defense is no joke once again, anchored by Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas, they're looking to be the first team since the 2004 Patriots to repeat. Earl Thomas took to Instagram to show off a special pair of cleats he'll lace up for tonight's game, and all we can say is, it's pays to be the champ.
Thomas showcased his custom Seahawks Air Jordan VI cleats, in both a mid and low cut version. Both cleats features the traditional Seahawk colors with blue patent leather uppers that's contrasted by green leather overlays. The tongue pays special homage to Thomas with a specialized logo and branding. Thomas has been a member of Team Jordan since coming into the league in 2010, and has since jumped towards the top of the list of the best defensive backs in the NFL.
