The Nike Free Trainer 5.0 has been a very popular shoe as of late, from its assortment of colors to its dynamic free outsole. What was great about the shoe was that they were specifically designed for your foot to move more naturally and freely than traditional athletic shoes. This over time made your feet stronger because you were now using muscles in your feet that you weren't previously using. Many experienced muscle soreness in their feet, like when you exercise other muscles in your body, showing that the Nike Free is working. But what if that sole was swapped out for a different one?

During last night’s Cowboy Dolphin game, Derek Dooley of the Cowboys coaching staff wore the Nike trainer with a bit of a remix. The shoe had a Max Air cushion. What’s interesting about this shoe is that the Max Air unit seen appears to be a full length unit that was used before the newest 2013 style. As we know, however, Nike is not afraid of using old gen equipment on 2013 models.
