After feeding us teaser after teaser, the day has finally come for Nike to make its much-hyped major basketball announcement.
While the details Nike has provided us are sparse, we are pretty much led to believe that tonight's big announcement will be regarding Kyrie Irving's signature sneaker. After all, rumors and images of the Kyrie 1 have been floating around the Internet for quite some time now. It should also be noted that Irving and the Cavaliers are already in New York to take on the Knicks tomorrow night at the Garden. If the rumors are true, we'll be seeing at least three different colorways of the Kyrie 1 dropping in 2015, with the initial "Bright Crimson" set to drop on January 10. While this date hasn't been confirmed by Nike, we should find out for sure tonight.
